All our figures are sold unpainted and unassembled.

NOTES ON SCALE
Attica miniatures are on the 32mm “heroic” scale – meaning roughly a 32mm to eye height for an “average” figure. Within that though we look to reflect the full range of human body shapes and types so that figures themselves may range in height from 32 – 36mm.
Some figures or figure types have entirely their own scale – say the Meteor or the ESPchers. The height of those figures will normally be mentioned on the Shop page in the relevant entry.
Our figures come packaged with a 30mm lipped slotta base, although our taller figures may come with a 40mm or even 50mm base. Please see figure descriptions for details.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated on a per order basis based on the value of your order.
Please see the table below for our shipping costs.

Orders up to £25 - Shipping Cost: £3.00
Orders between £25.01 and £50 - Shipping Cost: £5.00
Orders over £50 - Shipping Cost: £8.00

HEALTH and SAFETY
Our miniatures are cast from white metal containing lead which may be harmful if eaten. All models are supplied unpainted and unassembled. Many of our figures will require some assembly and preparation with a hobby knife/scalpel or file, which will require at least a basic level of modelling proficiency and we advise taking appropriate care and precautions, particularly if figures are being bought for children. We don’t recommend Attica products for anyone under the age of 12.

COPYRIGHT
Attica asserts the rights to all figures, images, web code, rules and other materials sold or on this site. Whilst we happily permit and even encourage dissemination of pictures and other materials as we look to grow interest in our range, please respect and keep in mind our rights and interests in our creations.

PRIVACY
We will make paper or electronic copies of invoices, orders and correspondence to the extent these are necessary to satisfy or comply with legal obligations (including to the tax authorities). We will not share your details with any other supplier of commercial or other goods or services.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
These conditions apply to the sale and supply of goods by Attica Miniatures to you. Attica may amend these terms from time to time and will update the website when we do so.

1. SALES
Payment for purchases and the sales themselves are made using the PayPal buttons shown on the site. Attica may withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or payment for them, and we need to reserve the right to place restrictions as to the age of our customers or on the volume of any goods which may be ordered. By placing an order for products with age restrictions you declare that you are of legal age to purchase those products. The prices and availability of the goods are specified on the Attica site and may be changed without notice. We make an additional charge for postage and packing (see SHIPPING COSTS above). In the event of an error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your payment for any such goods. Title to the goods passes to you on payment in full. Risk will pass to you on delivery.

2. SHIPPING
We will send orders to the delivery address which you supply. We aim to ship as soon as we can, but cannot avoid occasional delays of up to fourteen days in shipping. We will always look to get proof of posting for what we send out, to assist should anything go astray in the post. Any delivery times you are given are our best estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and postal service delivery time. Please allow a reasonable time for your order to arrive, particularly those orders headed outside the UK.

3. PRE-ORDERS and OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If you have pre-ordered any items that have yet to be released (check any release date info on the item description) your whole order will be held back until those items are ready to be shipped, if you just can’t wait that long, contact us and we’ll see if we can split the order without increasing the P&P too much.

4. BOUGHT and NOT HAPPY?
We’ll always look to make and keep our customers happy. Ultimately though, if you don’t like anything you receive, contact us here and start the items back to us within 7 days of receiving goods from us and you can return them for a refund: we will refund the cost of the value of the order less our postage costs and/or any Paypal or other fees that cannot be recovered as soon as we can once the item or items arrive with us. If you are returning items because of any mistake in your order or because they are defective or damaged in transit, we will also credit you for the postage you have incurred. We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods. Please note that you must start the item on its return journey within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us to let us know when something has been sent. Please also note that there is a maximum time of 28 days from despatch allowed for refunds and returns. We will use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason under these conditions, Attica’s only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. GOVERNING LAW and VALIDITY
Contracts between you and Attica shall be governed by Scots Law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. If, for any reason, any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
